Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of Directors and National Council

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was a requirement of the Articles of Association accepted in 2018, as a document to be drafted and agreed between the Board of Directors and National Council. 

The MoU brings together the Board ToRs and the National Council ToRs to define a collaborative and effective way for the Board and National Council to work together for the benefit of members. 

Significant work by the ODG and key stakeholders (including members, Directors and National Councillors) went into reaching this final version which was signed by the President and the Chair of the Board of Directors at the National Council meeting on 22 June 2019.
